Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor Salary:
$70,000 - $105,000/year We are partnering with a company to hire an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance and automation teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives across all shifts. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance and automation teams across multiple shifts Plan, schedule, and assign work to ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency Drive preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance programs Monitor maintenance KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and cost performance Analyze equipment failures, perform root cause analysis (RCA) , and implement corrective actions Manage and maintain CMMS (Megamation or similar) , including work orders, PMs, and reporting Track and reduce work order backlog and improve maintenance response times Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics related to equipment reliability and maintenance performance Partner with production and engineering teams to improve quality, safety, and efficiency Support capital projects, equipment installations, and vendor coordination Ensure compliance with
OSHA, ANSI, NFPA
70E, and NEC standards Maintain 5S standards and support continuous improvement initiatives Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management Participate in plant safety programs and promote a strong safety culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) OR Associate degree in a technical field with relevant experience 5+ years (Bachelor's) or 7+ years (Associate's) of experience in maintenance supervision, planning, or reliability Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Strong experience with CMMS systems (Megamation preferred) Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies Familiarity with maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, uptime, inventory management) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, reporting tools) Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and working in industrial environments Exposure to varying temperatures and elevated work areas
