  • $120K Full Time | Engineering / Maintenance Leadership Role Position Overview A Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating a maintenance team focused on the installation, repair, and ongoing upkeep of production machinery and facility equipment.
This role ensures equipment reliability and optimal performance to support continuous plant operations. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Supervise and coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance activities across production and support equipment Diagnose equipment issues and support technicians in troubleshooting machinery malfunctions Utilize a CMMS system (such as Maximo) to track equipment performance, identify high-wear components, and strengthen preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime Foster a positive, collaborative environment within the maintenance department and across production teams Coordinate maintenance activities with production leadership to minimize operational disruption Champion effective CMMS usage within the maintenance team Develop and implement training plans for team members to improve technical skills and performance Recommend and support initiatives to improve production efficiency, equipment reliability, and product quality Evaluate and execute capital improvement and equipment investment projects Requirements Technical degree in a related field preferred Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems (including 3-phase power), mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and machining Prior experience in a Maintenance Manager or similar leadership role, or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong background in industrial maintenance environments and CMMS systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus eligibility Opportunities for career growth and advancement Paid time off, including holidays and vacation Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage Company-paid life insurance and short/long-term disability coverage Health savings and flexible spending account options 401(k) retirement plan with company match Additional programs such as telehealth access, stock purchase options, tuition reimbursement assistance, and employee support services #LP
