  • Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team.
In this role, you will oversee the upkeep and repair of manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, HVAC units, and other critical infrastructure to ensure optimal operational performance. Your leadership will drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all maintenance activities, fostering a proactive maintenance culture. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex industrial systems while developing innovative solutions that support our production goals. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, including troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Lead a team of technicians by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of work quality and safety. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to minimize downtime. Oversee the installation, repair, and calibration of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and control systems to maintain manufacturing efficiency. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or equipment replacements, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Conduct inspections of electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage circuits—and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, asset histories, and compliance documentation in accordance with industry standards. Requirements Proven management experience supervising industrial maintenance teams in manufacturing or facilities environments. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical expertise, including experience working with high voltage and low voltage systems. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools such as multimeters. Experience using CMMS software for work order management and maintenance planning. Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and industrial safety protocols. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in English communication skills for clear reporting and team coordination. Demonstrated project management capabilities within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
