This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing tenant accounts, renting storage units, maintaining the property, and ensuring smooth and efficient facility operations. Responsibilities Customer Service Serve as primary point of contact to customers in person, over the phone, and via email. Resolve tenant issues and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional, and positive manner. Conduct move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and return messages promptly. Maintain a professional tone and helpful attitude in all communications. Sales & Leasing Promote and sell available storage units and related services. Provide guidance to customers in selecting the right storage unit for their needs. Follow up with leads and maintain high occupancy levels. Upsell products such as locks, boxes, and insurance when applicable. Facility Operations Maintain a clean, safe, and secure facility. Perform routine inspections of the property and units. Coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance with vendors. Ensure that the facility complies with company policies and safety standards. Billing & Administration Process payments and manage all tenant accounts. Send billing notices, late payment reminders, and follow up on delinquent accounts. Maintain accurate records and documentation according to state and federal record keeping compliance guidelines. Competencies Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, vendors, team members, and other key stakeholders. Proficiency in office software (e.g. Google Workspace, Click Up) and other CRM systems. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the property management, asset management, or similar industries is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Comfortable using basic computer systems and property management software. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
