Job Description

The Maintenance Planner/Administrator supports operational efficiency by managing work order processes, preventive maintenance scheduling, documentation, and reporting functions.
Functional Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules Manage work order intake, prioritization, and tracking Maintain CMMS documentation and asset records Coordinate vendor scheduling and documentation Track completion status of maintenance activities Maintain service logs and inspection records Support compliance documentation and audit preparation This role supports process coordination and documentation functions and does not assume operational decision-making authority outside assigned scope. Strong vendor/contractor management skills Effective communication and cross-departmental collaboration Experience in facility maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ownership mentality and a strong sense of urgency Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Strong attention to detail, especially regarding safety and equipment operations Understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment Reliable transportation and commitment to meeting project deadlines Who is Allegiance?
