Maintenance Specialist to play a crucial role in supporting a critical transition within the maintenance organization. This position is focused on stabilizing, organizing, and optimizing
SAP CMMS
usage to enhance equipment maintenance and uptime. The ideal candidate will have a robust experience in SAP CMMS and hands-on experience in maintenance operations. Responsibilities Serve as a hands-on
SAP CMMS
maintenance lead supporting daily maintenance operations. Take ownership of SAP maintenance planning and scheduling during the transition of the current planner. Organize and optimize the
SAP CMMS
structure to enhance equipment maintenance and reliability. Collaborate closely with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure SAP accurately supports equipment needs. Facilitate the integration and alignment of maintenance activities within SAP. Improve the overall organization, efficiency, and operability of the maintenance program. Essential Skills Strong SAP experience with a focus on CMMS and maintenance modules. Hands-on maintenance experience, with mechanical, electrical, or facilities exposure preferred. Experience in using SAP to support equipment maintenance, beyond supply chain or materials management. Ability to work independently and bring structure to underdeveloped areas. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in schedule planning and maintenance. Capability to support critical transitions in maintenance organizations. Work Environment The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, involving close interaction with maintenance and engineering teams. The role requires a proactive approach to improve maintenance operations using
SAP CMMS.
The attire is business casual, and the workplace provides all necessary technologies and equipment to perform the duties effectively. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilson, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
