Shop Foreman | Lead With Purpose. Build a Stronger Shop. We're looking for a Shop Foreman who believes a great shop is built on more than technical skill — it's built on trust, teamwork, and a culture where people feel supported and proud of the work they do. When people feel valued, they take pride in every truck that leaves the bay." — Kenworth Leadership Team What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of diesel technicians Foster a culture of respect, safety, and collaboration Keep workflow organized and efficient Assist with diagnostics and repairs when needed Road‑test vehicles (CDL required) to ensure repair quality Communicate clearly with customers and team members Support hiring, training, and ongoing employee growth What You Bring High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of diesel technician experience or equivalent training Valid driver's license and clean driving record CDL or ability to obtain Strong leadership and communication skills A genuine commitment to building a positive shop culture If you want to lead a team where people feel respected, motivated, and proud of the work they do, we'd love to talk with you.
