YOUR ROLE

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be managing AND working: ✔️ Work orders 📝 ✔️ Unit turns 🔁 ✔️ Snow removal ❄️ ✔️ Grounds & curb appeal 🌳 🧰

REQUIREMENTS

🔹 2+ years maintenance experience (1+ in multifamily preferred) 🔹 Supervisory/lead experience 🧑‍🔧 🔹 HVAC hands-on skills or certification preferred ❄️🔥 🔹 EPA certification preferred 🔹 CPO certification a plus 💧 🎁
