Job Description

A well-established food manufacturer with deep Midwest roots is hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor . This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing maintenance operations across a highly automated production facility. This company operates multiple plants and distribution centers , supplying schools, retailers, and foodservice operations nationwide. They're known for modern processing technology, continuous investment in automation, and a strong promote-from-within culture . What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians on 2nd shift Oversee electrical, mechanical, and ammonia refrigeration systems Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime Partner with production to improve efficiency and reliability Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Support ongoing facility upgrades and process improvements What We're Looking For 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems Experience with ammonia refrigeration (preferred) Experience in food manufacturing or similar environment is a plus Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Why This Role?
