Maintenance Director The Maintenance Director is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and appearance of the community. This role ensures the building, equipment, and grounds are in good working order while overseeing landscaping and preventative maintenance to create a safe, welcoming environment for our residents and team. Core Responsibilities:

Maintain the building, grounds, and equipment in safe, working condition Oversee preventative maintenance and routine inspections Coordinate repairs and manage outside vendors as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards Maintain the appearance of the community, including landscaping and outdoor spaces Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
