Maintenance Director

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Director to lead our facilities and industrial maintenance operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance team, ensuring all equipment, systems, and infrastructure operate efficiently and safely. Duties Lead and manage the maintenance department, including supervising technicians and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Develop, implement, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), low voltage, high voltage systems, and industrial equipment. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule work orders, track asset history, and analyze maintenance data for continuous improvement. Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrade of electrical systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Manage projects related to facilities management and industrial upgrades, ensuring they meet safety standards and project timelines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems; conduct safety audits regularly. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, schematics, and inspection reports. Foster a culture of safety awareness and operational excellence through training sessions and leadership by example. Qualifications Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments with strong supervisory skills. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical experience (including high voltage and low voltage), HVAC systems, and schematics interpretation. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, Ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects within manufacturing or industrial settings with excellent project management skills. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining a focus on safety standards. Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting. Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices including predictive maintenance techniques. Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools; familiarity with industrial control systems is a plus. Join us as we build a safer, more efficient future! $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
