HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As the Director of Maintenance Operations you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and functioning of our restaurant facilities, ensuring they are operationally efficient and aesthetically pleasing. You will provide strategic planning and guidance to support the long-term growth of our organization and work closely with various internal teams, vendors, and field agents to ensure all facilities meet our high standards.
  • Oversee the overall operation and maintenance of the facility. Manage in-house Managers, Technicians, and processes. Experience overseeing up to 1000 locations in multiple states.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for facility management.
  • Coordinate and supervise facility projects, including renovations and repairs.
  • Manage the budget for facility operations and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals.
  • Evaluate and select vendors and contractors for facility-related services.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance activities.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance and facility management, preferably within the restaurant or retail industry. Strong leadership and managerial skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively lead and inspire teams. In-depth knowledge of building systems, equipment, and facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance. Experience with budgeting, cost control, and vendor management. Proven ability to develop and implement maintenance programs that drive innovation, reduce downtime, and improve overall operational efficiency. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Willing to travel up to 25 percent of the time for business purposes within the state and out of state.
