Responsibilities:

Lead a maintenance team in maintaining a multifamily asset. Complete resident work orders promptly. Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner. #sponsored

HP Qualifications:

EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal) Required CPO preferred CAMT preferred Experience

• Minimum 4 years in Multifamily Maintenance in a Supervisory role Ability to participate in on-call rotation Sign on bonus
• 50% paid upon first payroll, 50% paid after 90 days of active employment
