Burlington Capital Properties Burlington Capital Properties is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Omaha-Bellevue, NE. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities at our properties to ensure they are well-maintained and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules Inspect properties regularly to identify and address maintenance needs Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Prepare and manage maintenance budgets Collaborate with property managers and residents to address maintenance issues Train and mentor maintenance staff

Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance or a related field Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of safety standards and regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus
