Job Description

Conduct preventative maintenance, repair, replacement and all other means to keep machinery and building in good working order.
Responsibilities :
  • Maintain a documented preventative maintenance program.
  • Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical issues regarding molding equipment that would prevent optimal performance of said equipment.
  • Maintain building and grounds, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and structural aspects.
  • Communicate with equipment suppliers to assist in performing job tasks, troubleshooting issues/repairs, and purchasing parts.
  • Communicate with production team.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge and application of hydraulics, electronics, and mechanical systems.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal direction.
  • Capable of learning and working with computer programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel and our ERP system.
  • Experience with injection molding equipment including but not limited to, automation, robots, and vision systems.
  • Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines and working overtime as required.
  • Capable of working with and training others as needed.
  • Must possess a strong commitment to the Company and to the production of quality product.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Able to safely operate forklifts.
  • Able to safely operate power tools.
  • Able to accurately use measuring equipment as needed.
