Overview We're partnering with a well-established wood products manufacturer in the Concord, NH area that is looking for a hands-on Mill Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a wood manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll oversee production, quality, maintenance, and the shop team while driving efficiency, reducing downtime, and ensuring customer commitments are met. This is a great fit for someone with 5+ years of leadership experience in a sawmill, wood products, or manufacturing environment who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, and building strong teams.
