This person must be detail orientated, self-motivated, able to multi-task, be a good leader and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of auto detailers to ensure work is done efficiently at the quality our customers expect Hire, train, discipline team members Know how to perform the different level of details and best approaches including decal removals Teach best techniques to team members Create, process and complete work orders Communicate with customers Process payroll Analyze profit and loss statements of the department Maintain and keep all reconditioning equipment in good order Complete and update human resource paperwork for team members as needed Have safety as a high priority Any other auction functions as assigned

Requirements:
