Maintenance Director

MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

Seacoast Region of New Hampshire An established healthcare organization in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Director to lead all plant operations and facility maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will oversee preventative maintenance programs, regulatory compliance, life safety systems, vendor coordination, capital projects, and daily building operations while ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing all facility maintenance and plant operations Managing preventative maintenance schedules and work orders Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and life safety regulations Supervising maintenance staff and outside contractors Maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Assisting with emergency preparedness and on-call responsibilities Managing departmental budgets, supplies, and equipment

Qualifications:

Prior experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or senior living preferred Strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory compliance Leadership and team management experience required Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations Excellent organizational and communication skills Competitive compensation package offered based on experience. Pay:

$33.28 - $52.00 per hour
