In this role, you will oversee all maintenance operations within our properties, ensuring that they are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Your leadership will be vital in creating an efficient maintenance team that contributes to our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities for multiple properties. Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Implement preventive maintenance programs using CMMS to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance practices. Oversee HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems maintenance and repairs. Develop budgets for maintenance operations and manage expenditures effectively. Collaborate with property management teams to address resident concerns promptly. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance management within the real estate or property management sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and industrial maintenance practices. Familiarity with Yardi software for tracking maintenance activities is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
