Job Description

Interaction24 is looking for a Maintenance Planner in Seabrook, NJ to join our team at a leading beverage manufacturing facility. If you're a detail-oriented planner who excels at organizing maintenance activities, managing schedules, and helping keep production running smoothly, this is a great opportunity. What You'll Do As the Maintenance Planner, you'll report to the Maintenance Manager and be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and plant performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance (PMs), corrective repairs, and emergency work orders Managing the maintenance backlog to keep it under 14 days Working with CMMS (eMaint experience strongly preferred) to track work orders, audit PMs, update equipment records, and generate performance reports Coordinating with Storeroom Clerks to ensure parts are available and properly kitted Scheduling vendors and contractors for inspections, calibrations, and planned downtime activities Preparing weekly operator PM schedules and communicating effectively with Operations Maintaining accurate records in CMMS and other plant systems Ensuring safe work practices, food safety, and quality standards are followed at all times Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and reporting metrics to leadership What You Bring Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and project management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of CMMS experience (eMaint a plus) 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Food or beverage industry background Ability to direct, coach, or train others Project management or contractor coordination experience Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to work in a production maintenance setting: Stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and use hand/power tools Work in wet/humid conditions and varying temperatures Follow proper safety procedures including LOTO when needed If you're organized, proactive, and ready to make a real impact on plant reliability and efficiency, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay:
