You will play a pivotal role in optimizing equipment reliability, mentoring technical staff, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet business objectives. Responsibilities Champion site safety protocols and housekeeping standards, such as 5S, to maintain a secure and efficient work environment. Lead the execution of maintenance priorities, utilizing CMMS software to track work orders and equipment status. Analyze root causes of equipment failures to implement long-term solutions and boost overall site productivity. Manage labor resources, including scheduling and overtime approval, to ensure operational goals are met within budget. Mentor team members through professional development, coaching, and performance management to foster a high-performing culture. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate maintenance progress and uphold strong service relationships. Qualifications Required Skills Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and at least 3 years of relevant maintenance experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based maintenance management systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team leadership. Proven ability to manage performance and drive process improvements. Preferred Skills Prior experience in maintenance planning and scheduling. Solid business acumen with an understanding of financial metrics and contract management. Demonstrated success in building positive client relationships and negotiation.
