Full and Part Time Positions Available.
Position Includes:
Building Maintenance Monitor Low Pressure Boilers (Low Pressure Black Seal Required) Completing Work Orders/Respond When Called to Fix Broken Wheel Chairs, Hospital Beds, Toilets, Sinks, ETC Maintain Oxygen on Floors For Residents Ensuring Facility is in Compliance With All Safety, Fire, Plumbing, Electrical, Building, State & Local Codes and Regulations Providing a Comfortable Environment For All Residents & Staff
