Job Description
Maintenance Lead 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars As a maintenance leader you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily maintenance activities of a team, ensuring all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and repaired in a timely and safe manner by assigning tasks, supervising a team, and adhering to established maintenance procedures and safety protocols. We are looking for someone who has : Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. •Proof of Certification preferred• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and develop effective repair solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with staff, management, and external vendors. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines. Must obtain specific Chick-fil-A maintenance certifications.

Technical Expertise Leadership Abilities Problem-Solving Skills Communication Skills Organizational Skills In our Restaurant we have a lot of equipment that needs to be serviced monthly. We are looking for someone who will this area of the business and keep the equipment, its certifications and servicing up to date.
