This isn't a back-office role. You'll own the physical condition of the property, lead a team, manage vendors, and be the person residents and management count on when something needs to get done — and done right. What You'll Do Schedule and complete the maintenance work orders; assign and prioritize work orders Execute a preventative maintenance program covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, and life safety systems Manage and complete the unit turn process from move-out through make-ready — on time, every time Conduct regular inspections of units, common areas, and mechanical systems Oversee vendors and contractors — scope, quality, and accountability Respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in on-call rotation Keep records, order and manage inventory, What We're Looking For 5+ years maintenance experience in residential real estate Strong skills troubleshooting and repairing across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances Professional, resident-facing communication style Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits PTO and paid holidays Room to grow with a company that takes operations seriously We are an equal opportunity employer.
