Our commitment to excellence, customer service and employee satisfaction is second to none. We continue to experience steady growth along with our sister organization "FlightServ" FBO. We conduct daily scheduled and non-scheduled, maintenance and repair of our aircraft. Our fleet includes the following types of aircraft: Falcon 900EX, Falcon 2000LXS, Nextant 400XT, King Air 350. Job duties include but are not limited to: Assist to develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations with the Director of Maintenance. Coordinate with the Director of Maintenance to prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Work with the Director of Maintenance to conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory. Conduct routine inspections of aircraft to ensure they meet safety and airworthiness standards. Inspect and test aircraft systems, such as engines, avionics, landing gear, and hydraulic systems.
Job requirements include:
Must posses FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification. Minimum of 3 years working in the industry with A & P license. Prior Part 135 experience preffered. Must have desire to work in a Corporate Aviation environment. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and managing inventory. We use CAMP and EBIS. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. As well as the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects safely and simultaneously.
