Maintenance Manager - Fair Lawn, NJ Fair Lawn, NJ $125,000 + Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Tuition Reimbursement & More Full-Time | Direct Hire Lead Maintenance & Reliability for a Growing Food Manufacturer Must have: Authorization to work in the USA Fluent in both English and Spanish Previous Maintenance Management experience. We're seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, engineering, facilities, and reliability programs for a fast-growing food manufacturing operation in Northern New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving equipment reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead all maintenance, engineering, facilities, and utility operations Drive preventative, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs Improve equipment uptime, plant performance, and operational efficiency Manage CMMS systems, maintenance planning, and work order scheduling Oversee MRO inventory and spare parts management Support electrical, automation, and controls systems Lead capital projects and equipment upgrades Develop and mentor maintenance and engineering teams Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards What We're Looking For Strong maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing Food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred Expertise in CMMS, TPM, predictive maintenance, and reliability programs Experience managing maintenance teams and developing technical talent Proven success leading capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, utilities, facilities, and automation systems ERP and maintenance systems experience Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
