Automotive Service BDC Manager Location:

Hillside, NJ Compensation:

With 13 dealership locations representing Lexus, Cadillac, Ineos Automotive, Honda Motor Company, Toyota Motor Corporation, and Hyundai Motor Company, we are continuing to grow and looking for top talent to join our team. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service BDC Manager to lead and oversee our Service Business Development Center operations at our premier Hillside, NJ location.

Responsibilities:

Manage all inbound and outbound service customer communications Recruit, train, coach, and supervise Service BDC team members Monitor daily team performance, CRM activity, appointment setting, and follow-up Drive appointment volume, show rates, and service retention Create and implement department goals and performance strategies Generate and review monthly production reports Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and team accountability

Qualifications:

Automotive dealership BDC management experience required Service BDC leadership experience strongly preferred Experience with CDK Global preferred Strong CRM and customer follow-up skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
