Technician Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will oversee a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery and a positive experience for both our clients and employees.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and support maintenance technicians in their day-to-day operations Onboard new technicians, ensuring they arrive at assigned properties with the right tools, uniforms, and a clear understanding of their responsibilities Build strong relationships with property managers to understand client expectations and ensure service standards are met Monitor employee performance during the first weeks on the job and provide ongoing guidance Participate in candidate interviews to identify the best profiles according to client needs Train team members on company platforms and tools (including Paycom) Collaborate cross-functionally with all areas of the company Make decisions aligned with company policies and values Attend company-scheduled training sessions

What We're Looking For:

Experience in maintenance operations or facilities services Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Own vehicle and valid U.S. driver's license required Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
