Senior Maintenance Manager:

Lead, supervise, schedule, and develop a maintenance team of approximately 12-15 employees across multiple buildings Oversee all day-to-day maintenance operations including work orders, preventive maintenance programs, unit turns, inspections, and emergency response Ensure timely completion of service requests and high-quality execution of all maintenance work Provide technical oversight and troubleshooting for major building systems, including: HVAC systems (boilers, chillers, cooling towers, heat pumps, rooftop units) Plumbing systems (domestic water, hot water, waste, and storm systems) Electrical systems, generators, and emergency power systems Fire/life safety systems and building automation systems Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety, housing, and building regulations Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and maintenance-related projects Partner closely with Property Management and Asset Management to support resident satisfaction and operational performance Track KPIs, manage maintenance budgets, control expenses, and support forecasting Respond to escalated maintenance issues and participate in on-call rotation as required Required Experience & Core Competencies for the
