RESPONSIBILITIES
PREPARE
VACANT APARTMENT EFFICIENTLY COMPLETE ALL DAILY WORK ORDERS, FOR OUR TENANTS. TROUBLESHOOT REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE ISSUES INVOLVING
ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, A/C, HVAC, APPLIANCES, AND
CARPENTRY. ETC. WORK WITH RENTAL OFFICE TO ENSURE ALL APARTMENTS ARE READY AND REPAIRS AND SERVICE ARE COMPLETE AND ON SCHEDULE FOR NEW MOVE IN'S. KEEP THE GROUNDS AREA AND DUMPSTER AREA CLEAN. RESPOND TO ALL AFTER-HOURS ON CALL EMERGENCIES. ASSIST IN THE PROPER CLEANING OF SNOW DURING AND AFTER SNOW EVENT
(PLOWING, SHOVELING, SALTING)
