Retail Service Manager-Mount Holly, NJ:
CarShop, a Penske Automotive Company is seeking an Retail Service Manager to lead the Retail Service Department operations in handling our customers with prompt, courteous, and excellent service. What will you do in this role to build the business? The Service Manager will focus on maintaining the company culture, which sets CarShop apart from others in the industry, while achieving the inventory productivity goals outlined in the company's Strategic Plan. The Internal Service Manager is a critical team member in the day-to-day maintenance and advancement of our company values and culture. Proactively manage and increase the efficiencies of the service technicians and coordinators in a team environment through training, mentoring and oversight of scheduling. The Internal Service Manager will monitor service performance goals, and drive to meet and exceed the goals with integrity. What skills do you need to be considered? The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of striving for and achieving excellent results. Automotive Internal service management experience is strongly preferred. He/She is a personable, action-oriented, enthusiastic leader.
