Job Description

Installation Manager specific responsibilities include: Employee shall perform such duties as are customarily performed by one holding the position of Installation Manager in other same or similar businesses as that engaged in by the Employer and shall perform such other duties as may be directed by Employer, at such places and such times as may be directed by Employer as the needs of Employer may from time-to-time dictate, including without limitation to the following: 1. Employee will introduce new installation "means and methods" procedures as needed to improve quality control and productivity levels to meet the overhead goals of the Company and to align labor burden to 7% of revenue in line with National standards. Employee will oversee all educational programs to improve installer skills, productivity and apprentice training. 2. Employee should ensure that projected profitability guidelines are consistently met or exceeded. 3. Employee shall maintain knowledge and control of all phases of the Employers projects and shall

maintain client contact as needed to create goodwill throughout the installation process. 4. Employee shall be responsible for growing the installation team, handling all interviews and ensuring that new hires have the appropriate training and mentoring to ensure the highest standards are met for revenue contribution and quality performance. 5. Employee will manage the Installation team to ensure that all projects are done on time and in line with the quality standards embraced by the company. The installation team is to report to this Employee each afternoon with status of their respective projects, and coordinate with the ClosetWare Manager to ensure that the installer calendars are always full and customers are fully aware of installation commitments. All action needed to satisfactorily complete the work will be the responsibility of this employee. All oversight of the installation fleet will be managed by this employee including the need for periodic maintenance, cleaning, organization and fit out. 6. Employee will be responsible for the coordination of services with the Service Coordinator and take steps to ensure that projects are completed in such a fashion that services are kept at 5% or less. This effort will require onsite project inspections to ensure the installation team has the skill and resources to complete the work properly and efficiently. 7. Employee shall institute a deficiency program/process to ensure missing or damaged parts are delivered to the installer in a prompt manner. A one (1) day project should be completed unconditionally in one (1) day. A two (2) day project should be unconditionally completed in two days. Etc., etc., etc. 8. Employee shall work with the Operations Manager to fine tune the QC process to ensure all jobs are loaded with parts that meet the company's quality standards and include all parts and hardware needed to complete the installation on time. 9. Employee will ensure that the tools needed to execute the work properly and efficiently are always available to the installation team. 10. Employee shall recommend to senior management installer incentives and contests to motivate the installation team. 11. Employee with work with the installation team to bolster 5-star ratings. 12. Employee shall work collaboratively with the Pre-Production department and the KCD software Manager to incorporate best constructability practices into the installation drawings.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
