General Manager - Auto Body

We are seeking an experienced auto repair business General Manager. The ideal job seeker has a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience and excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, insurance companies, vendors, and business owners.

Responsibilities:

This individual will manage office and repair operations, insurance company interface and ensure customer satisfaction , as follows:

• Prepare and manage repair estimates, parts procurement and repair process
• Manage CCC record accuracy, DRP compliance and authorizations
• Ensure vehicle receipt and delivery records, photos and scans are complete
• Schedule and manage shop work flow to ensure on time delivery and repair quality
• Deliver vehicle to customer upon completion and confirm 100% satisfaction with repairs

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has the following Three or more years experience in a management position for an auto repair or auto service operation A state-issued driver's license and clean driving record Excellent communications skills Experience using
