Companies Offers You Full time with benefits Discretionary year-end bonus Competitive salary Stable hours Vacation/paid time off 11 paid holidays Willing to train Opportunity for growth and development Health, Dental, and Vision plans Chance for advancement 401k with match Employee Assistance Program Employee appreciation events Safe environment Automated factory Job Responsibilities Manage, lead and be accountable for department performance by communicating and implementing priorities Responsible for ordering, replacing and maintaining critical spare parts inventory Work with vendors for pricing, lead times and placing orders Comply with and enforce safety procedures of Lock-out/Tag-out, confined space entry, PPE usage and all safety regulations Oversee repairs and overhauls of production machinery and equipment by performing daily/scheduled electrical & mechanical evaluations Install, relocate and/or remove equipment based on company needs Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, PLC based and pneumatic systems/equipment Maintain logs/records on all work performed Maintain proper supplies, spare parts, tools and budget for maintenance department Maintain all maintenance areas and all areas worked in to keep them free of hazards Oversees the supervision of Maintenance Technicians Work side-by-side with the Production Team Qualifications Experience in Industrial or Manufacturing environment Knowledge of Industrial and Material handling equipment (dryers, elevators, mixers, transfer screws, palletizers, etc.) Knowledge of and ability to enforce preventative maintenance programs Welding/fabrication skills Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics Experience in Microsoft Suite required Experience in Maintain-X and JD Edwards desired but not required Working Conditions Varying weather conditions in the local area including: temperature extremes, dust, rain, wind and snow Exposure to gasoline, diesel fuel, motor oils, anti-freeze, cement dust and electrical systems Hearing protection and respiratory use required in designated locations Requires the physical endurance to work 50-60 hours per week over a period of 5 to 6 days Requires the ability to climb heights (steps, ladders and ramp walkways with handrails) This is an industrial environment, requires attention to SAFETY, physical dexterity, and intermittently required to use hands, arms, legs, feet and body, and trunk to carry, lift/lower, push/pull up to 80 lbs. • Monday through Friday
• 6:00 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime as needed
• daily and/or weekends.

Days/hours may change with customer demand.
