Position Summary \n The Beverage Equipment Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of beverage dispensing equipment This role ensures all equipment operates efficiently, meets safety standards, and supports business operations across locations. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Manage daily operations of beverage equipment across all assigned locations \n Coordinate installation, removal, and relocation of beverage systems \n Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs \n Monitor P&L and work to keep spend on or below targeted budget \n Supervise and support technicians or third-party service providers \n Oversee the control inventory of parts, tools, and equipment \n Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations \n Track equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements \n Manage vendor relationships and service contracts \n Control budgets related to maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditures \n Train staff on proper equipment use and basic troubleshooting \n \n \n Qualifications \n \n Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, or related field (preferred) \n 3-7 years of experience in equipment maintenance, food & beverage operations, or a similar role \n Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills \n Experience with beverage systems \n Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards (e.g., food service regulations) \n Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively \n \n \n Skills & Competencies \n \n Problem-solving and analytical thinking \n Leadership and team management \n Strong communication and organizational skills \n Vendor and contract management \n Attention to detail and compliance focus \n Basic budgeting and cost control \n \n \n Work Environment \n \n Combination of office and field work \n Frequent travel between locations \n May require lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces \n On-call availability for emergency repairs \n \n \n We offer a competitive salary of $85k-$95k. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
