Architect and streamline rent and property-related invoice workflows for multiple branches, validating amounts and partnering with AP and Treasury to ensure timely processing.
Drive Process Excellence:
Manage monthly utility, sewer, and quarterly property tax workflows; resolve discrepancies with service providers with absolute precision.
Champion Procurement Operations:
Direct the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle by creating purchase orders, validating cost centers, and managing new vendor setups within specialized procurement systems.
Optimize Team Workflows:
Oversee electronic mailbox pipelines, coordinate supply ordering across departments, and support seamless credit card reimbursement processing.
Collaborate Strategically:

4 + years of a proven background in facilities administration, corporate real estate support, or high-volume invoice reconciliation.
Core Technical Skills:
