Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee industrial maintenance activities, manage maintenance projects, and implement efficient systems that support production excellence. As a key leader, you will drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility, fostering a culture of high performance and teamwork. Duties Supervise daily maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset history, and inventory. Lead maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and safety standards. Oversee the installation, calibration, and repair of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and control systems to optimize manufacturing processes. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems using tools like ohmmeters and schematics. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime while maintaining compliance with safety regulations related to industrial maintenance and facilities management. Develop training programs for team members to enhance mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and overall technical skills. Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to high voltage and electrical work; promote a culture of safety awareness among staff. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, asset performance, and compliance documentation for audits and continuous improvement efforts. Experience Proven supervisory experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments with a strong management background. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits (including high voltage and low voltage), schematics, and industrial control systems such as PLCs. Hands-on experience with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and safety standards related to industrial maintenance. Demonstrated ability to lead projects effectively from conception through completion with excellent project management skills. Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing instruments. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across diverse technical teams. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
