Full Job Description Maintenance Director Job Summary:

Join the Riverview Estates Rehabilitation & Senior Living team as a Maintenance Director and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art facility. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of our building, grounds, and equipment, ensuring that our residents and patients live in a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment and infrastructure Coordinate with vendors and contractors to complete repairs and maintenance projects Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues and enhance the overall resident and patient experience Develop and manage the maintenance budget to ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
