Job Description
Our client, a well-maintained residential apartment community near Rockaway, NJ, is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the property. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong technical skills who enjoys troubleshooting, working with residents, and helping maintain a high-quality living environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in overseeing daily maintenance operations for the communityPerform and coordinate repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenanceRespond to service requests in a timely and professional mannerSupport preventative maintenance programs and property inspectionsEnsure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policiesMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationPartner with property management to ensure resident satisfactionAssist in supervising and supporting maintenance staff as needed
