Automotive Service Manager

Performance Ford of Somerville are looking for experienced and driven Automotive Service Manager. A minimum of 3 years experience as an Automotive Dealership Service Manager. Ford experience a PLUS! Responsibilities Build a loyal clientele, maintain good employee relationships, set, and obtain sales and profit objectives and maintain service records Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures. Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local laws and regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc Work directly with the Service Director. Pay:

$125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
