That blend of coaching and tactical troubleshooting is your sweet spot—about 80% leading , 20% hands-on . Role focus Guide a 7-person maintenance team —set priorities, mentor, and build capability. Tackle complex problems that span mechanics, controls, and material behavior. Keep both automated and manual equipment performing at peak.
Own care and uptime for:
Labeling equipment Tube filling machines Cellophane overwrapping systems Work with European-manufactured machinery using Siemens PLCs—troubleshooting only; no programming required. Partner with production to minimize downtime and boost overall efficiency. What sets you up for success Deep mechanical aptitude and a knack for diagnosing unfamiliar faults. PLC troubleshooting experience without the need to code. Background in personal care, pharma, or food production environments. Proven leadership in maintenance or operations; excellent English communication. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
