What you'll own Leadership of a 7-person maintenance team (coaching, scheduling, standards, and development). Resolution of complex faults across mechanical systems and material interfaces. Performance of automated and manual packaging assets through proactive maintenance.
Uptime of specialty equipment:
Labeling equipment Tube filling machines Cellophane overwrapping systems Troubleshooting on European machinery using Siemens PLC platforms (no programming required). Collaboration with production to reduce downtime and streamline workflows. Time allocation 80% supervisory (direction, coaching, coordination) and 20% hands-on (complex troubleshooting, escalations). What you bring Mechanical strength and diagnostic savvy; comfortable tackling unfamiliar problems. PLC troubleshooting capability; programming not necessary. Background in personal care, pharmaceutical, or food production preferred. Proven leadership within maintenance or operations. Excellent English communication; Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
