Maintenance Planner

Job Description We are currently hiring for an experienced Maintenance Planner to support a major expansion in Seabrook, NJ. A growing beverage manufacturing company is transitioning to a brand-new, state-of-the-art production facility and needs a detail-oriented professional to build out their eMaint CMMS system from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a facility launch team and help establish the foundation for all maintenance operations in a modern manufacturing environment. The role is based at the existing Seabrook facility during the transition period.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and configure the eMaint CMMS platform for the new facility, including asset hierarchy and inputting all new equipment records Develop comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules and PM task templates based on OEM recommendations Create, assign, track, and close out work orders within the CMMS Maintain accurate equipment records (manuals, warranties, spare parts, and maintenance history) Manage MRO spare parts inventory in the CMMS - set reorder points, track stock levels, and coordinate with vendors Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and technicians to align the PM program with operational needs Support the smooth transition of maintenance operations to the new facility Generate maintenance KPI reports (PM compliance, backlog, etc.) What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications): 2+ years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance administration, or CMMS administration in a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with a CMMS system (eMaint strongly preferred; Maximo, SAP PM, MP2, or similar systems acceptable) Strong understanding of preventive maintenance concepts and manufacturing maintenance operations Ability to read and interpret OEM equipment manuals and convert them into effective PM procedures Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail for managing large volumes of equipment data Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) Experience in food & beverage or industrial manufacturing preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience implementing or building out a CMMS system for a new or transitioning facility Familiarity with GMP or food-grade manufacturing environments Experience with MRO inventory management and vendor coordination

Pay:
