We are looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Crew Leader to join our growing team. Are you an experienced landscaping professional with strong leadership skills and an eye for detail? Join our growing team as a Garden Enhancement / Fine Garden Care Crew Leader forChris James Landscaping and help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape crews Experience in lawn care, horticulture, customer service or related field Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on every property Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Train and motivate team members to maintain high standards Communicate effectively with management and clients Qualifications 3 + years' experience in fine garden care Bilingual - (English and Spanish) is a plus. Must be able to speak, read, and write English Experience with hand pruning, dead heading flowers, small plantings, and mulching preferred. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to Waldwick, NJ Ability to perform physical outdoor work and lift 50 lbs.
