Property Maintenance and Turnover Manager

We're a property management company seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee turnovers and maintenance operations across our portfolio. Our in-house team handles scheduling and execution of the work — we need a strong leader who can manage the bigger picture, hold the team accountable, and make sure both turnovers and ongoing maintenance are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard. What you'll do:

Turnovers:

Oversee turnover projects from move-out to rent-ready handoff Walk units post move-out to assess condition, define scope, and prioritize work Provide direction and support to in-house crews handling cleaning, paint, repairs, flooring, and make-ready tasks Conduct quality control inspections and final walk-throughs before units are released to leasing Track turnover timelines, costs, and unit status

Maintenance:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the portfolio Manage the in-house maintenance team, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback Ensure work orders are completed promptly and to standard Oversee preventative maintenance programs (HVAC, plumbing, life safety, common areas, etc.) Coordinate emergency response and after-hours maintenance coverage Maintain inventory of parts, tools, supplies, and equipment

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
