Assistant Maintenance Manager Location:
Albuquerque, NM Pay:
$20-$28 per hour (DOE)Job Type:
Full-Time We are hiring a reliable, hands-on Assistant Maintenance Manager to work alongside our primary Property Manager across residential, commercial, and industrial properties in the Albuquerque area. This is a physically active role for someone comfortable handling a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:- General maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry,HVAC,roofing)
- Landscaping and grounds keeping (digging, weed removal, cleanup)
- Trash removal and property clean outs
- Completing work orders and assisting tenants
- Supporting overall property operations
Requirements:
- Maintenance, construction, HVAC or related experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors, not afraid of heights, can work alone and with a crew
