Plumbing Service Manager- Local Union Membership

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Plumbing Service Manager to lead and support our field technicians while ensuring high-quality service, efficient operations, and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with leadership potential who wants to grow into management. Prior service manager experience is a plus , but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and support plumbing technicians Coordinate and manage day-to-day service operations for residential and commercial projects, including new installations Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies Review estimates, schedules, and materials for upcoming jobs Perform quality checks and assist on complex service calls when needed Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, and team members Monitor job performance and support professional growth of team members Help develop and improve service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in plumbing service work (residential and commercial) Strong technical knowledge in plumbing systems, and installation practices Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Willingness to run service calls Service manager experience is a plus , but candidates with leadership potential are encouraged to apply
