We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician Supervisor who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced team environment, and is committed to providing high-quality service to our residents.

How You Will Make A Difference:

Supervising the region of 600+ units plus a commercial space Perform plumbing repairs including replacing fittings, fixtures, disposals, and appliances; sweating pipe; installing tubs and shower surrounds; and repairing plumbing connections Repair and install appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, thermostats, furnaces, air conditioners, and other electrical systems Install countertops and perform carpentry work including windows, door jambs, doors, cabinet drawers, and related projects Complete daily work orders and apartment unit turns in a timely and efficient manner Maintain building systems including electrical, plumbing, boilers, and other community systems Work collaboratively in a high-paced team environment Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times Ready To Grow With Us?

Here Is What We Are Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent 2-5 years minimum maintenance experience required, preferably in residential property management Supervisor experience required 10-hour OSHA certification required Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred but not required EPA Universal Certification required Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, boiler repair, and apartment building systems Must have own tools Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, and current insurance Self-starter with reliability, discretion, and professionalism Ability to successfully pass a background check
