This role is responsible for managing daily route operations, maintaining client satisfaction, and leading crews to meet company standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily landscape maintenance crews and routes Ensure properties are maintained to company and client expectations Conduct regular site inspections and address quality concerns Enforce safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance Train, coach, and develop crew members Work closely with Account Managers to ensure customer needs and expectations are met Communicate with clients and respond to service requests or concerns Coordinate scheduling, materials, and equipment needs Monitor crew productivity and ensure efficient use of time and resources Complete daily reports, timesheets, and documentation Qualifications 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance Prior supervisory or crew lead experience required Strong knowledge of irrigation, plant care, pruning, and maintenance practices Ability to manage multiple crews and job sites Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Health benefits (if applicable) Company vehicle (based on position eligibility
