Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor/Manager to lead our maintenance operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee industrial maintenance activities within a cutting-edge manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. As a key leader, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage a team of skilled technicians. Position Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance teams to execute preventative and corrective maintenance across all facilities and equipment in a 24/7 operation. Develop and implement maintenance management strategies utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Oversee electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage components, ensuring safety standards are met. Manage mechanical systems such as HVAC units, schematics interpretation, and industrial machinery. Coordinate projects involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and industrial automation upgrades. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work, high voltage, and industrial maintenance procedures. Conduct inspections using tools like ohmmeters and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities. Conduct Management of Change (MOC) reviews for all new equipment purchases and improvements of existing equipment/machinery. Maintain preventative maintenance and repair records in compliance with ISO system. Requirements Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments. Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated leadership in team development and performance management. Extensive mechanical knowledge and preference with electrical experience, including working with high voltage and low voltage systems. Familiarity with CMMS platforms for scheduling and tracking maintenance tasks. Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and troubleshoot PLCs or other automation systems. Knowledge of industrial safety standards, and environmental regulations. Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting. Project management experience with a focus on manufacturing or industrial facilities. Join us as we maintain excellence in our operations!
